Cancellation, Refund & Complaint Resolution Policies

Group-Live, Group Internet Based Webinar and On-Demand Program Cancellation Policy In the unlikely event a program would be cancelled, all registered students would be immediately notified via email of the cancellation. The cancellation information will also be posted on the Home Page of our website.

Group-Live and Group Internet Based Webinar Program Refund Policy –  Refunds are available if you cancel 48 hours before the day of the program. All cancellation refunds are subject to a $10 per person/per class administrative fee. Students may choose to transfer their registration to another group-live location of the same program, or from group-live to webinar, or vice versa. Please notify Tax Education using the Contact Us page on our website as soon as possible of your desire to cancel.

(Not Available Yet, Stay Tuned!)On-Demand – QAS Self Study Webinars – No refunds are available for On-Demand – QAS Self Study webinars. On-demand webinars must be completed with-in 90 days from the date of purchase.
