The Illinois Department of Professional Regulation does not require CPE providers who are registered with NASBA to obtain an Illinois sponsor number. The program is not pre-approved for Illinois continuing legal education.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><a title=\"IRS Approved Provider\" href=\"http:\/\/www.taxeducationinc.com\/wordpress\/about-us\/irs-approved-provider\/\">Click here <\/a>for detailed breakdown of hours.<\/p>\n<p><!--\n*<strong>IMPORTANT! <\/strong>The Federal Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld the injunction prohibiting the IRS from regulating paid return preparers who are not lawyers, CPAs, or enrolled agents (\"nonregulated preparers\"). The IRS is very unlikely to appeal to the Supreme Court, meaning congressional legislation will be necessary. There presently does not appear to be any such legislation being contemplated.
