The Instructor Kenneth K. Wright received a law degree with honors and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida. He is the founder of Tax Education, Inc., a private provider of professional continuing education and a tax attorney with an estate and business planning practice in Chesterfield, Missouri. He is currently vice chair of the U.S. Treasury’s national Taxpayer Advocacy Panel and was the first non-IRS recipient of the National Taxpayer Advocate Award. Ken annually presents more than 40 programs for accountants and other tax professionals with an attendance of over 3,000. Continuing Education Based on a 50-minute hour, this program qualifies for 8 hours of CPE for accountants and enrolled agents and 8 hours of CLE for Missouri lawyers. Tax Education, Inc. is approved as a continuing legal education sponsor by the Missouri Bar. The Missouri State Board of Accountancy does not require sponsor approval. The Illinois Department of Professional Regulation does not require CPE providers who are registered with NASBA to obtain an Illinois sponsor number. The program does not qualify for Illinois CLE. Tax Education Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
